If yes, first of all you have to ask yourself what is a role model? A role Model is a person who serves as a model in a particular behavioral or social role for another Person to emulate. In The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain, Twain shows us two Sides of the coin by putting good role models for huck such as: Judge Thatcher, Widow Douglas, And many more. When Huck finds out about the king and the duke it is Too late and the duke turned Jim in already. Twain shows that the king and the duke are negative Role models for any person not just Huck. They take advantage of every situation and every Person as we see when they printed the leaflets with the winning prize for turning in Jim. Twain shows us throughout the book not only the good side of people but the bad side to. People In general like to read good things and ferry tails, but one cannot sent a message to his readers From just good characters who acting like angels the whole novel. At the end those bad Characters are those who add the spice to book and make it much more fun to read, they bring all The action all the fun all the adventure. Imagine The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn without Characters like Pap, the king, the duke, and tom sawyer? You cannot. Twain would not able to Write the book without one of them characters. It is pretty much like a puzzle if one part is missing you can never do it. In conclusion, throughout the novel The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Twain uses many characters to influence Huck the positively and negatively. It occurs to me that learning mathematics, especially calculus and other forms of higher mathematics, is much like learning a foreign language. Math starts out like a foreign language, having its own symbols, definitions, applications, and structures. It is difficult to use at first and requires repetition, like a new language. Learners cannot be comfortable with new languages (mathematics) until they can use it repeatedly, consistently, and successfully. Calculus, or a new language, is already existent and the learner needs to adapt to it and work in it; the new material will not adapt to the learner. One learns a language by listening to others and by reading, using a dictionary, learning the language rules, and what breaks any or all of those rules. Calculus is similar. After much practice, students can communicate with others in their new language and expand their abilities with more practice and use, just as in mathematics. Those with a good foundation via formal instruction are clearly better at than those that pick it up here and there, intermittently.   The first can be understood and the second become lost. Less well-trained learners are limited in the range and layering of meaning their communication can involve and do not have the tools for even higher levels of language (mathematics) learning. A strong foundation prepares the new language speaker or the new calculus student for the next step in their subject’s discipline and for later innovation, research, and invention in that discipline. Mathematics and language are the same — They have formulas and patterns; they are communication and they are beautiful (e.g. fractal patterns and poetry). Perhaps this is the reason that the films â€Å"Close encounters of the third kind† used music (very mathematical) and â€Å"Contact† used mathematics as the forms of communication that proved successful between aliens and earth people.
